The goal of our PM Plans is to provide the best experience possible to all our clients while caring for their valuable espresso equipment. To help us succeed, there a few things we need our PM Plan clients to be aware of, and participate in. Top of the list—scheduling and Requests.

Plan Details

We believe in the value our PM Plans offer. We give discounted labor and travel rates to our PM Plan clients for all PM Visits, and for one-off services / repairs, because we want to extend this value to as many local coffee business as possible.

Scheduling

As we build your PM Plan, we will map out all of your Visits for the year, so getting on the same page about scheduling parameters is crucial.

We know that it’s not always convenient to have a coffee tech work on your equipment during business hours, especially if the service requires equipment shut down time. 

We will work with you to try and schedule any service-interrupting Visit at an ideal time for you, however, our techs work 9-5 and there are only so many available time slots in a given day, so your flexibility with scheduling is required. We’ll go over all of this in more detail during your onboarding call to work out a schedule that works well for everyone.

Requests & Non-PM Visits   

If you ever need additional one-off services or repairs between PM Visits, we treat these as a separate service outside of your PM Plan.

You will submit a Service Request, then we will process your Request and send you an estimate and our soonest availability.

Our priority is scheduled Preventative Maintenance, we do not offer 24/7 emergency repair services. Our availability for one-off services / repairs is always changing as our service team grows.

Job Reports & Suggested Service

After each Visit is completed, you will receive a detailed Job Report attached to your itemized invoice that outlines all work performed.

Your Job Report will include any “tech notes” regarding additional Suggested Services needed, and a general summary of the condition of your machine.

Warranty Service

We offer a 30 day warranty to cover the cost of travel, labor and parts to repair any issues directly resulting from our services.
